Hi I’m Ian Shepard
I have been providing high quality Physiotherapy care for 15 years. I believe in using the latest evidence based techniques including hand on manual therapy, exercise and education to empower clients and help guide them on their road to recovery.
What to Expect
A typical session will start with a thorough assessment which will determine the main issues and set out your goals for treatment. We will then create a treatment plan specifically for you which may incorporate manual therapy, exercise and of course education about the cause of your pain and how we will help you to eliminate it.
